Sometimes purchases may be delayed due to payment processing, so please wait for a few hours before taking further action.
However, if you have been charged but did not receive any items, please reach out to the App Store/Google Play directly to get the charge refunded.
If, after some time has passed, you still have not received your items, submit a request with the following information:
