[BSR] I Downloaded the Game, but Can't Play

The game is available for pre-download starting November 20 at 5:00 AM PT, but the servers open and gameplay starts on November 21 at 5:00 AM PT.

What You Can Do

  • Make sure you have installed the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Enable notifications so you’ll be alerted once servers go live.
