We’re rolling out an important update to improve our login system and enhance your experience on Crunchyroll Game Vault. To ensure a seamless transition, a patch will be deployed across our catalog between now and May 1, 2025.
Some games may experience login issues during this update, and an app update will be required to restore access. If you see an error message when trying to log in, don’t worry, it’s super easy to fix. Just update your Crunchyroll Game Vault apps to the latest version through your device’s app store.
Here’s how to do it easily:
- Open your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Search for your Crunchyroll Game Vault game.
- If you see an "Update" button next to it, tap it!
- Once the update’s done, launch the game and log in like usual.
