If you have issues with accessing your account, please follow these steps:
- Launch the game and navigate to the Title Screen > User Center. A screen will pop up with the recent log-in methods you used:
- Click on the dropdown and look for your account
- If you don’t see your account there, close the window > User Center again > Other login methods
- Choose the platform you linked your account to (Crunchyroll, Apple, Google) > Sign in with your credentials
