If you were charged twice for a purchase, please follow these steps:
For Apple Store purchases:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your credentials.
- Click on the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item for which you want to request a refund.
- Include the reason for the refund request.
For Google Play purchases:
- Go to https://play.google.com/store/account > "Order History" and find the order you want to return.
- Select "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason for the refund request.
For Xsolla purchases:
- Log into your Xsolla Account, add your purchase to the Purchases section, and submit a refund request there.
- Click on the payment details and fill out the form for a refund request. Please note that you can submit a refund request only if a payment was successful.
- If you are not able to add the purchase to your Xsolla Account, please contact us to request a refund.
